Allows creation of Activities/ Milestones with their benchmark proposed start dt and End dts. These activities can be assigned individually to each project and / or linked to another parent activity. To each activity one can assign estimated resources with budgeted cost.

The module creates runtime Gantt Charts to track progress of project(s). It can display respective deviances in charts respectively.

Activities can be broadly classified into construction - related or payment schedule related activities. Depending upon change in state (Started - Complete) made by site engineer, suitable triggers (system alerts) can be generated.

Site Management Module

The site engineer' role has option to key in daily measurement data of work completed. He can further activate jobs assigned to his role by Project Manager etc. The site Engineer has option to create a requisition for material required to complete a said activity milestone.

Stores / Inventory Management Module

The storekeeper creates the material masters with details like lead time for procurement, ROL, Max quantity, units, percentage tolerance (duration) in GRN quantity besides description and general details.

Further on the storekeeper can define specific brands of material locked-in with specific project to facilitate control over indents, purchase., GRN. He can also create rate contracts for certain materials for certain period from specific vendors.

The storekeeper as part of work flow receives requisitions , analyzes it to check if material is in stock and issues it vide GIN (Goods Issue Note) In case the material is out of stock , he creates an indent for the same. The storekeeper also has an option to facilitate transfer of material from one project to another.

Purchase Manager Module

The purchase manager reviews indents and invites quotes for said material on basis of quotations, he creates a Purchase Order in the system with details on building wise quantities required with discrete delivery schedule.

There is provision in system to create rule base whereby the instance of Purchase of specific material of certain vendor will require authorization of director. If such a rule base exists and P.O qualifies for such a criteria, the P.O needs to be approved by director.

Once goods arrive on delivery a GRN (Goods received Note) is created in the system with details of actual quantity received and quantity rejected. Once the storekeeper approves the GRN, the stock is updated.

Sales Management Module

The Sales module offers to start with a customer profile module which records complete personal details of customer. Next the system prompts for his property profile, the financials, type of format whether home loans is perused, Budget, Referencing Broker, and nature of lead for sales tracking.

Every communication / Interaction is recorded into the optional CRM module which provides an option to escalate the ratings of customer and creates a reminder for next scheduled interaction with customer.

Once the customer is, the booking module allows a Sales Executive to specify project, unit, rate per sq. ft, floor rise, discounts, stamp duty, society formation, charges etc. which are picked up from Project Master, the token payment details, It also provides for assigning Parkings along with the unit bookings. In case customers have some customization requests the same can be recorded at the time of bookings.

Once the booking is entered in system, it has to be approved by director. After the approval is obtained it gets reflected in subsequent modules.

The site engineer as part of Project management module can change state of a milestone to "Complete" whereby if the milestone warrants a payment as part of payment schedule, it creates a system alert to generate demand letters. The demand letter creation module generates list of all customers having bookings in selected project, who qualify to receive demand letters for recently completed milestone.
