Voicemail Systems: Fully featured voicemail system can be supplied with an unlimited number of voicemail boxes. Pager can also alert new Voicemail messages can be forwarded to another phone or by email and the owner.

Problem Hotlines: A problem report can be accepted from an incoming call and a list of people alerted automatically of the problem. If some people cannot be contacted within a certain time, the problem is escalated to their supervisors.

Fax Back systems: Callers can select what information they are interested in, and the system will fax the selected documents to the fax number of caller's choice (requires separate faxing agent program, eg: WinFax).

Data Entry: Callers can report various information to the system, and the data can be saved in a file, collated in a database, emailed or forwarded to other programs for further processing.

Information Lines: A series of sound files can be played to the caller, with the caller selecting what they want to hear next. Information can be retrieved from Databases and spoken to the caller. Eg: In a 'Pricing and Availability' type application callers can be informed of the current price and and amount in stock of an item they selected.

Auto Attendants: Callers select which department they wish to speak with, or which person they would like to contact directly. The system will then transfer the call directly to the selected extension.

Concierge A Hotel can use a computer telephony system in place of a concierge or as a backup. Guests can call a special hotel extension and hear a menus of dishes available from restaurant , or request a laundry errand, or cycle through available room services.

Hotel Room Availability / Reservation : Callers can inquire about hotel vacancies, query room rates and be put through to reservation desks.

Tour and Travel Destination Services: Callers desirous of taking a Holiday can dial into a computer at a tour company and retreive information of the various sectors that the agent is operational the choice of destination sites the attractions therein and the modes of travel and other details
